In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
The minimum age to register and play on jiji2 is 21 years old. This is the age limit mandated by PAGCOR for all real-money online gaming activities in the Philippines. jiji2 strictly enforces this requirement. Any Account found to have been created by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

Acceptable documents include PhilSys National ID, valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, GSIS card, and PRC ID. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) jiji2 Account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
Players are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration. This includes legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. jiji2 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration detail at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.
jiji2 is operated under Philippine jurisdiction and is primarily intended for residents of the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. jiji2 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jiji2 Account credentials, including username and password. jiji2 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. jiji2 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to ask for your password. If you receive such a request claiming to be from jiji2, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.
jiji2 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and other payment channels listed in the Cashier section of the Platform. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiji2 does not accept payments in any foreign currency.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player account tier. jiji2 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. jiji2 targets the following processing times: GCash — 15 minutes; PayMaya — 20 minutes; bank transfers — same business day for transactions submitted during Philippine banking hours. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; actual processing may take longer in circumstances including, but not limited to, ongoing KYC verification, anti-money laundering review, or third-party payment processor delays.
jiji2 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players whose accounts have not completed the full KYC process may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals. Large withdrawals — generally those exceeding ₱50,000 — are subject to additional review and may require supporting documentation.
jiji2 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (including GCash, bank operators) may impose their own fees, which are outside jiji2's control and are the responsibility of the Player.
jiji2 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended. jiji2 may report suspicious transaction activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the Player. Accounts under AML investigation may be suspended pending resolution.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jiji2 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the matter to which it specifically relates.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited.
Not all games on the jiji2 Platform contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Live dealer games, table games, dice, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. jiji2 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence exists of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using a bonus primarily to place low-risk hedging bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures; and exploiting technical errors or software glitches to generate illegitimate winnings.
jiji2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect the wagering status of bonuses already in progress.
All games offered on the jiji2 Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. The RNG certification is held by the applicable game provider. jiji2 does not have the ability to influence game outcomes.
In the event of a malfunction of any game — including software errors, disconnections, or display errors — all affected bets and results will be considered void and original stakes returned to the Player's account. jiji2 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a game malfunction.
For sports betting, the applicable rules of each sport govern the settlement of bets. In the event of postponed, cancelled, or abandoned events, bets will be settled in accordance with the jiji2 sports betting rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. jiji2 reserves the right to settle bets and resolve disputes at its discretion where rules do not clearly address a particular circumstance, and such decisions shall be final.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji2's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiji2 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; (c) any loss arising from the use or inability to use the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, or events outside jiji2's reasonable control; or (d) any loss resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiji2 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.
jiji2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account and withhold any associated Balance pending investigation where jiji2 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, jiji2 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance. Where an Account is closed due to Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (exclusive of unmet wagering requirement bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of the jiji2 Platform shall first be submitted to jiji2's customer support team for resolution at first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jiji2's internal resolution process within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Players may also have recourse to the Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
jiji2's decisions regarding game results, bonus application, and account management shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error, fraud, or technical malfunction demonstrably caused by jiji2's systems.
jiji2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
